How to request deletion

1. Sign in with the same Aqira account you use in the app.
2. Select Request deletion below.
3. Aqira immediately schedules the account for deletion, hides your profile, and signs you out from this browser session.
4. You can return within 7 days and use Cancel request if you want to keep the account.
5. If you do nothing, Aqira permanently deletes the account after the 7-day period ends.

Data deleted when the request completes

• Account identity data such as username, email address, phone number, and sign-in sessions.
• Profile data such as preferences, settings, uploaded media, profile options, and verification-related records tied to the account.
• Account-linked activity data such as chats, messages, notifications, matches, reports, streams, subscriptions, coin balance, analytics events, owned items, and transaction or interaction records linked to the Aqira user ID.

Data retention after deletion

• During the 7-day waiting period, the deletion request itself remains in the database so Aqira can complete or cancel the scheduled action.
• When deletion completes, Aqira removes the account instead of keeping a soft-deleted record.
